Counseling and mental health
Our Therapy Center offers quality counseling and mental health services, including individual, family and marital therapy, grief counseling, and more. Experienced therapists work closely with clients to help them identify, assess, and meet their needs and goals. DCCH has provided these services since 2012.
Our therapists also provide Trauma Informed Care services with an emphasis on self-care, safety, compassion, and understanding of the unique experiences of children, adults, families, and couples.

Services and therapy fees
We accept many forms of payment including credit cards, debit, HSA, cash, check, and private insurance. DCCH Center is an authorized Medicaid Service Provider.

Therapy services may be covered by health insurance plans. Clients are responsible for verifying their behavioral health/mental health benefits with their insurance carrier.- Insurance Providers: The Therapy Center at DCCH accepts most major insurance carriers such as Anthem, United Healthcare UMR, Aetna, and Cigna as well as all KY Medicaid plans.
- Payments/Co-Payments/Deductibles: Clients are responsible for making the appropriate payments or copayments at each appointment and for any deductible required by their insurance plans.
- Missed/Cancelled Appointments: If a client misses an appointment or cancels less than 24-hours before schedule appointment, rescheduling will be at the discretion of the provider. Clients with private pay or commercial insurance may be charged a $35 fee for a missed, cancelled, or late notice appointment. The fee must be paid prior to rescheduling. Some exceptions may apply.
- Returned Check Fee: There will be a $25 fee for any returned check. This fee may vary based on bank regulations.
- Private Pay: Clients who opt to pay privately for services which are not covered by insurance must submit payment at the time of their service. Please note that most services other than sessions will not be reimbursed by insurance companies.

After turning off Orphanage Road, make an immediate LEFT on William Miller Drive. Follow the driveway past the fields and the big, blue barn. Head to the LEFT side of the building with a blue roof and giant clock. The entrance door to our Center reads "Therapy Center at DCCH."
