Horizon Community Funds Awards Grant To DCCH
We are so excited to announce that DCCH was one of four Northern Kentucky non-profits to receive funding from Horizon Community Funds of Northern Kentucky‘s new Community Impact Fund grants! This $10,000 partnership will support our Targeted Case Management Program, which will provide social services care coordination and support for at-risk children and their families. DCCH is proud to bring this innovative initiative to our community.
