DCCH Program Helps Young Adults

A natural extension of our Therapeutic Foster Care Program, DCCH started its Independent Living Program to assist young adults who have aged out of a traditional foster placement.

We can help with finding affordable housing, reliable transportation, continuing education, and more. Every young adult works with a case manager and therapist to guide them along their journey. Our team assists by helping remove barriers and guaranteeing success.
