Charles H Dater Foundation Supports DCCH
Sending out a huge “Thank you!” to the Charles H Dater Foundation for their generous $20,000 grant in support of our Targeted Case Management Program!
This new initiative will help at-risk children and their guardians access a variety of social services designed to keep them in their homes, instead of a foster or residential placement.
