Direct Child Care Staff

DCCH Center for Children and Families is seeking Therapeutic Behavioral Specialists for part-time positions in our Residential Treatment program.

The primary responsibility of this position is the therapeutic supervision of children with emotional and/ or behavioral difficulties. The children at DCCH have experienced trauma, and it takes a special person who can help them heal and find hope for a brighter future. This position requires:

• supporting children in crisis,
• providing therapeutic solutions to address challenging behaviors, and
• facilitating positive outcomes with children who sometimes have difficulty connecting with others.

Candidates must be compassionate and have strong relationship-building skills to support our Trauma Informed approach.
