Guardian Angel School (GA) respects each individual’s dignity.
GA’s goal is to ensure that all children are given the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their greatest potential. We strive to create a community of life-long learners.
Guardian Angel School is an on-grounds facility for the exclusive use of DCCH Center residents. GA operates as a separate unit of Beechwood Independent School District.
Because many children we serve have learning deficits and challenges, GA's program is directed toward behavior modification in an education-based setting. The teaching staff consists of two special education teachers, one regular education teacher, an on-site administrator, as well as multiple support staff provided by Beechwood Independent Schools. DCCH provides Therapeutic Based Staff in each classroom and a school supervisor daily.
