The Assistant Food Service Provider will report directly to the Food Service Supervisor in all areas of job performance and responsibilities, and must have the ability to follow directions and work closely with others. Must be a State certified Food Service Manager or must obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
Under the immediate supervision of the Food Service Supervisor, the Assistant Food Service Provider will be responsible for the preparation of food in the Residential Center, School, and Agency. As an employee at DCCH, the Assistant Food Service Provider shall be sensitive and responsive to cultural differences present in the organization’s service population, and participate in systematic performance improvement efforts supporting and promoting the Performance Quality Improvement program throughout the agency.
